No Picture:
- Check video source is on
- Check TV and Modulator are tuned to same channel
- Check Free To Air signal is >60dB and it is connected to Antenna Input of Video Hub
- Check power LED is on on the Video Hub
- If no power LED, check powered by plug pack at Video Hub, or by Modulator input – NOT BOTH (For IR control – must be powered by Modulator)
- Check channel is at least 1 channel difference from the Modulator frequency and Free To Air frequency (refer interference).
Interference:
- Check channel is at least 1 channel difference from the Modulator frequency and Free To Air frequency
- Either way, try moving Modulator channel to different channel. If you can’t find a free channel a Frequency Filter can be purchased to clear a required frequency, and the Modulator can then be tuned to that frequency.
- Check <15dB difference between Free To Air and Modulator signal at input to Video Hub.
- If not, signals should be balanced using Gain Control (refer Installation Instructions)
- If the setup is NON IR and the modulator signal is too strong, use an inline attenuator on Modulator signal
