To purchase from our website, you must complete the registration and be logged on as a member.


We aim to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 business days of checkout.  All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.


Orders are sent via courier, to give you the best chance to receive your parcel without any hassles. All deliveries require a signature on receipt; helping us to track your items efficiently. Unfortunately PO boxes cannot be accepted as a delivery destination for your order.

Courier services estimate delivery at 2-3 business days from dispatch, dependent upon location.


At time of dispatch, the tracking number for your order will be available through your account log in under your order.


If delivery address is incorrect or unattended, couriers are not able to obtain the required signature on delivery. A calling card will be left, asking for collection from your nearest location and goods will remain at this location for up to 7 days. All un-collected items will be returned to our Melbourne DC. If you require a re-delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.


We hope to offer delivery options such as Express Post and Same Day Delivery on our website in the future. In the meantime, if you have concerns, please contact us at before placing your order.


Please ensure you have a current telephone number & that the required delivery address is accurate at time of order. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us at within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate the changes, but cannot make any promises. Please note we hold no responsibility for orders delivered & received at incorrect delivery addresses as placed at time of order.


Free shipping Australia wide is available for all orders equal to AU$500 or above. A flat rate of AU$12.50 ex GST per order for delivery within Australia is applicable to orders totalling below AU$500. 


resi-linx ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us at to enquire about a special order.


Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.


We do our best to keep in stock all of our products. All stock availability as represented on our website or by our sales or Customer Service Team is accurate in accordance with our current stock levels, however these stock levels are subject to change without notice.

To assist our customers in placing orders, we will keep as up to date as possible the stock availability indicator on each product. It is important to us that you are not left at a disadvantage by low stock levels. Unfortunately, managing stock can prove difficult at times. Stock levels on our website are indicated as ‘Low Stock- Please contact us to confirm availability’ to assist you in your ordering. If you elect to continue with the checkout, you may be placing the relevant product on backorder.

When the product is labelled “This product is currently out of stock” you may choose to select to be notified when the stock becomes available again.

If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will let you know within 1 business day, over the phone or contact you using the details provided by you at the checkout process to amend, refund or put your order on backorder as agreed with you. If you choose to put your order on backorder, we will contact you to arrange for delivery once the product is available.

Prior to filling backorders, we will contact you to advise of dispatch. Backorders will be delivered free of charge to the specified delivery address on the order.


The price payable for a product is the one set out on our website or advised by us at the time you place your order. Trade pricing is displayed as ex-GST. We make every effort to ensure prices and product information on our website, catalogues or advertisements are correct and up-to-date. Prices for our products displayed on third party websites may not be correct and we are not bound by them. We accept payment by VISA and MasterCard credit cards, and Paypal.

Resi-linx reserves the right to make amendments/changes to our pricing without prior notice.

Your tax invoice is available when logged in on your account page. You will be provided with a delivery docket shipped with the goods; please keep this together with the tax invoice as proof of purchase required for any warranty claims.


If you have a promotional/discount/coupon code, simply enter the code into the vouchers box at the checkout and then click OK and this will generate a discount from your cart value. All promotional codes have a unique set of terms and conditions automatically applied when issued and are only valid at our discretion. As a manufacturer of professionally installed products, it is important to us to provide appropriate access to trade. To this end, once you have registered as a user on this website, you may request access as a Trade Member. Please complete the online request for Trade Membership, completing all the required fields. Within a reasonable timeframe, we will review your submission and advise accordingly. Once approved, you will receive a welcome email notification and your access, with existing logon and password information, will be updated to Trade Membership. When logged in as a Trade Member, you will have access to trade pricing, relevant discounts and/or specials.
